Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) – 5 Year Plan
While the 2030 Plan provides a long term guide for development of our regional transportation system, the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) actually programs and schedules projects for completion. This five year prioritized plan describes specifically which transportation improvements will be implemented and when. Traditional transportation projects, such as highway and transit, are included in the program. Aviation and bicycle/pedestrian projects are also included, contributing to a balanced, multi-modal system. The TIP is updated every year to add new projects to the list and remove those that have been completed.
